The lounge area overlooks the beautiful North Channel with a screened lanai and lovely grounds. The perfect combination for outdoor ceremonies, complimented by the fabulous sunsets. The elegant dining room can accommodate up to 100 persons. Our dining room & lounge, together can accommodate 140. Our dance floor is perfect for the bride and groom’s first dance or for an anniversary waltz by the happy couple celebrating any number of years together.
Chef Brett joins us from Hacienda, where his talent and vision helped shape the dining experience at Sashas. Chef Brett brings more than 20 years of high-end culinary leadership experience, having served as a Sous Chef, Head Chef, Culinary Director, and Executive Chef. His background includes elevated, scratch-based Italian, American, and Asian cuisine, and he was even part of a culinary leadership team that helped one of his former restaurants earn its first Michelin star.
Chef Brett is passionate about authentic, from-scratch cooking and high-quality ingredient sourcing. Under his direction, our culinary program will transition away from pre-packaged and processed items in favor of house-prepared dishes, including freshly made sauces, soups, and thoughtfully crafted menu offerings.
Having trained alongside some of the industry’s most respected culinary professionals, Chef Brett combines technical skill with creativity, energy, and a strong commitment to guest engagement. Members can expect an elevated dining experience marked by fresh flavors, refined presentation, and a renewed focus on culinary excellence.
